• Purchased garments can be exchanged for local/domestic orders with prior communication within 48 hours of receiving the product, to be sent to us at contact@cazaro-lingerie.com

• Given the nature of the product, we do not issue returns or refunds.

• If you receive a damaged fabric, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the damage. We will arrange for an exchange.
